All Welcome!\n\nWelcome to the Art: Up poetry workshop!\n\nEveryone is invited to this two-hour writing for self-expression poetry workshop on the theme "Changing Tides".\n\nFacilated by creative wellbeing specialist Polly Barnes\, this workshop is especially designed to support neurodivergent people in creating new writing.\n\nEveryone is welcome to attend; spaces are free\, but limited\, so we recommend booking in advance.\n\nBook your free place at https://artupworkshop.eventbrite.co.uk.\n\nThe workshop is part of the Art:Up!
